I just made this dip using four of my fresh jalepeños, seeded and chopped, in place of the canned ones. I shredded my real block Parmesan cheese and also substituted sour cream for mayonnaise and then microwaved it in a small pie plate instead of baking it in sourdough bread since I wanted something quick. We just tasted it with tortilla chips, and it is delicious! I might try it in the bread for a party sometime.
