Suateed Kale

I made this tonight from my basket with a couple notable exceptions:  I used beef broth since I had some left over and I added hot red pepper flakes.  YUM!

  1. We normally use cook kale (known here in Holland as farmer’s cabbage) together with potatoes. They are boiled together then mashed and served with sausages.
