Cooking Corn on the Cob

This suggestion came from one of our members this week…

Here is a great way to cook corn on the cob without the work of getting off the silks.
1. Use corn with all the husks still on it.

2. Microwave one ear for 4 minutes, or 2 for 8 minutes (seems long, may be OK with less time).

3. Take corn out with oven gloves on both hands.

4. Cut big end off through all the hus

ks so you are cutting a few of the kernels.

5. Hold corn by top of husks and shake 2-3 times.

6. Corn will drop out of husks with no silk on it.
