Just wanted to share… I didn’t get around to preparing some of my produce quickly enough and it wilted on me. I cut the stems off the bottom (works on celery, kale, broccoli, etc.) and stuck it in a bowl or glass of water like a bouquet of flowers for a few hours and VOILA! Just like new! Remove from water, store in crisper containers in fridge or prepare as soon as possible.
